Reach out and tell us about your product. We'll book an intro call to walk through our portfolio, understand the problem you're solving, and get a clear picture of what you need from us. If it makes sense to move forward, we send a written offer and contract within a few days — no chasing, no vague scopes.

Our engagements start at a 3-month minimum, then continue rolling month-to-month with 30 days' notice.

Embedded within 10 days of signing.

Once the 3-month contract is signed, we assemble your squad — one senior product manager and one senior designer — and embed them into your team within 10 working days. Onboarding is structured: we go deep on your product, industry, users, and existing design work so we can contribute real thinking from week one instead of asking basic questions for a month.

From week two onward.

Starting in week two, we run a recurring design briefing session — in person where geography allows, otherwise over video. This is where we review work in progress, give and receive feedback, and brief new projects together. It's the heartbeat of the engagement.

From week three onward.

By week three we're fully in your flow: shared Figma, async on Slack, in your standups and planning sessions when it helps. We work in your sprint cadence so design ships alongside engineering, not behind it.

The deliverables, in plain terms.

Weekly briefing sessions, regular check-in calls, ad-hoc brainstorming, wireframes for new flows, a maintained design system, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes ready for user testing or engineer handoff. No line-item billing, no surprise scope conversations — it's all included.

Senior designer embedded within 10 days.

Once the 3-month contract is signed, we assign a senior designer to plug into your product triad within 10 working days. Onboarding is structured around your existing systems: we audit the design system, learn your rituals, meet the team, and get up to speed on the roadmap so we can contribute from week one.

Standups, planning, design reviews.

Your designer joins the rituals that already work — standups, sprint planning, design critiques, test parties. No parallel process, no separate workstream. They show up in the same Slack channels, the same Figma files, the same calendars.

From week three onward.

By week three the designer is fully in your sprint cadence: working through the backlog, partnering with PMs, handing off to engineers. Design system contributions get maintained as work ships, so the system gets stronger over the engagement, not weaker.
